All packages cover accommodation and land arrangements. Race day tickets, fashion show entries, and event hospitality are quoted separately upon request.
Flight Pricing
Airfares fluctuate every 7 days. We cannot provide upfront flight costs. Our team secures the best available fare on SAA or FlySafair at the time of your booking.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit secures your package. Balance due 30 days before departure. Group bookings of 6+ receive priority allocation and dedicated coordination.
